Cryptography serves as the fundamental cornerstone for modern‑day privacy protection. This special session targets recent advances in core cryptographic primitives and practical privacy‑preserving computing technologies. We welcome high‑quality submissions covering symmetric/asymmetric encryption schemes, zero‑knowledge proofs, secure multi‑party computation, homomorphic encryption, differential privacy, and their optimized implementations. Papers focusing on algorithm improvement, performance optimization, security proof analysis, and prototype development are highly encouraged. This session emphasizes foundational cryptographic research rather than cloud‑specific security applications, aiming to bring together researchers working on underlying encryption and privacy‑enhancing building blocks. Original research and comprehensive survey papers are both acceptable.
Tang Dianhua is a Technical Expert at China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (CETC) and serves as the Technical Direction Lead of the National Key Laboratory of Security Communication. He has dedicated his career to research in encrypted computing, cryptographic algorithm design, and artificial intelligence security. He has successfully led 15 national and provincial/ministerial-level research projects, covering equipment pre-research, an AI special project under a science and technology commission, application promotion programs, and fundamental strengthening initiatives. As first or corresponding author, he has published 15 academic papers in relevant fields. His innovative work has resulted in 34 authorized patents, one of which has been successfully commercialized. He has also authored two monographs. His contributions have been recognized with one second prize and four third prizes at the provincial/ministerial level.
